Hola a todos! My name is Claudia, and I was born in Barcelona, Spain. I want to share a little about myself and what brought me here. A year and a half ago, I moved to New York because of my husband’s job, and for the past nine months, I’ve been a teacher at Mi Casita.

The opportunity to work at this school has been so rewarding that I decided to take it a step further and offer Spanish classes to children. I’m very excited to share this Spanish workshop with you and your children. I have always been passionate about languages and culture, and Spanish holds a special place in my heart. It’s the language I grew up with, and it keeps me connected to my family, who still live in Spain. I love learning and teaching, and I firmly believe in the power of language to connect people and open doors to new experiences.

Spanish Language Intensive

In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and listening to music while exercising, among many other things. I decided to work on this workshop because I want to help children discover the beauty of the Spanish language in a fun and dynamic way. I believe that learning a new language not only broadens knowledge but also fosters creativity and empathy.

My goal is for children to feel motivated and confident while practicing Spanish and for them to have fun learning. I’m here because I believe in the value of education and the importance of supporting families in this journey. I hope we can create a learning environment where children feel inspired to keep exploring Spanish and all the opportunities it can offer them. “Gracias” for allowing me to be part of this experience with you!
